Really good stay with superb service

i found the front office staff to be very friendly and helpful . the rooms are great, and the breakfast had a superb selection, i appreciated this a lot. the location is also excellent with many attractions nearby. i found the bed super comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep each night.
i found that the rooms are not soundproofed well. you can clearly hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. this was somewhat disruptive especially in the evenings and early mornings.

The breakfast was quite underwhelming. very few options were available and the presentation seemed careless, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I heard noise from other rooms early each morning.

The location was perfect, very close to many places to eat. i loved the room, it was spacious with nice amenities. the staff were amazing. Every single one was helpful with our suitcases when we arrived (i really appreciated it) to the reception staff. we asked them a lot about recommendations and they were so helpful.
the shower was small, and it leaked water all over the floor, so i used the towels to clean.

My room was a Beautiful Double or Twin Room City View. The location is near transportation, so accessing trains and buses is easy. Restaurants and famous landmarks were within walking distance. I also found arranging transfer to the airport to be easy. The rooftop restaurant has top notch dinner and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
The room I got had no heating during cold nights. I asked at front desk to fix it. Cool air came from the window in my small room.

My room, a Beautiful Double or Twin Room City View, was spacious. The modern bathroom included nice amenities and a rainfall shower! The rooftop bar offered fine cocktails, so I took advantage.
The power in my room tripped intermittently. I was not offered an alternative room and staff seemed indifferent. This was inconvenient.
